Hi Anna, just want to let you know how much I enjoy your videos,I’m also polish but have lived in London since 1963,but before that I lived with my babcia Anna,you inspired me to revisit my polish heritage the food the customs,I no longer have any close family links to home,but as I get older I miss it more,I’ve started to make sourcrout,and fermented pickles,and since the covid my daughter acquired an allotment to keep from going mad,and has discovered good food so I’m teaching her how to make polish meals,her and her family favourite are pierogi,kiszone ogorki,I kiszona kapusta,.
