Hosted by the Toronto chapter of Konekt Polish Club, guests will enjoy a demonstration of crafting the refreshing Polish Cold Beet Soup (Chłodnik), along with the opportunity to purchase Anna Hurning’s cook book for signing. A sample of the soup will be offered as well. The bar will include Polish paczki donuts, beer, wine & coffee. Entry fee is $5. A portion of proceeds will be donated to the Polish Combatants Association. This program is in English. All are welcome to attend.
