We will talk about food, cooking, pottery, cool of with wine and taste a few Polish snacks.

Sausage Making Class

Join me for a Polish fresh sausage making class. I’ll walk you through meet prep, talk about spices used and present the technique of preparing and cooking this traditional fresh Polish sausage. We’ll finish the presentation by cooking and tasting the sausage on the spot.
Books and merchandise will be available for purchase – CASH AND CARDS ACCEPTED.

Polish Heritage Festival
23–25 August
Friday, Saturday: 11 AM to 10 PM
Sunday: 11 am – 5 pm
Calder Plaza, 300 Monroe Ave NW, Grand Rapids, MI
We will be there all day during the festival hours. Additionally there will be a cooking demonstration during festival hours.
