I just received my copy of ‘Polish Your Kitchen’ in the mail today. It is a stunningly beautiful book. I love the fabulous full page pictures with every recipe. So many of these recipes remind me of my Grandma Vicktoria’s cooking.. She left some recipes but some she did not so this book will prove to be so valuable. Thank you so much for doing this cookbook, thank you for the video tours of Poland, and for sharing your knowledge so as to keep this heritage alive and well.

I have watched several of your You Tube presentations. I really enjoy them. One suggestion. When you hold up a product that you recommend in one of your You Tube presentations, please include a printed, easily readable placard on the screen.
I will finish with a little anecdote: When I was much younger people regularly asked if I knew what my name meant in Polish. I would often answer by spelling my name in Polish “Kaczka, Quack-Quack.”
