    I live in Florida in the USA. My Grandparents were born in Poland so Polish food was introduce to me at a very young age and Pierogi both with cabbage filling and potato and Farmers cheese was by far my favorite. I have made the family recipe of these for my husband and children many times and they loved them. Yesterday, I decided to introduce my Grandchildren to this delightful dish and made your recipes for the dough and potato and Farmers cheese filling. They are by far ā€˜THE BEST PIEROGIā€™ I have ever made. Your recipe was wonderful! Thank you!! ā¤ļø We will be having them today with our traditional Easter dinner and I cannot wait to hear everyoneā€™s reaction. Thank you for your wonder recipes and for the smile I had on my face when I sampled them. Have a Blessed Easter. Visiting Poland is in my bucket list and I am truly looking forward to it one day.
