Hi Anna,I love reading your stories of your life and family in Poland,it reminds me of when I lived with my babcia for four years,she thaught me so much,we forages for all the Berry’s in the forest which she transformed into delisheus things to eat and preserves,by the time I was7 I knew which mushroom was edible and which not,in the sixtys there wasn’t much in shops but basics but you never went hungry and nothing ever went to waste, love all you you do and am inspired to start cooking polish food again,much love, Janina,
