Check out the newest video recipe for buckwheat, wild mushroom and smoked cheese tart!

In this video I’m taking you on a trip to the woods, mushroom picking. Fresh mushrooms will be a great addition to a modern, Polish-ingredient inspired tart.

  1. I just became aware of your videos, and find myself glued to them, esp. during this X-Mas season. Before I was married we always celebrated on Christmas eve with all of the dishes I’ve been watching you make, since both of my parents were Polish (Dudek/Wroblewski). I have so missed all of the baking and cooking we used to enjoy before that first star appeared on Christmas Eve and before midnight Mass. We always made the farmer’s cheese and cabbage stuffed pierogi and (my favorite) the sauerkraut and mushroom. You said on one of your videos that you’ve ordered a specific dried mushroom from Amazon, but I can’t seem to find the brand on your website. Could you post or tell me where it is on your site? I’d like to send them to my brother and Russian sister-in-law.
