I don’t know how this recipe has only a little over 3 stars. This is one of my favorite dishes that I still make for my family ( I was raised in Poland and I’m married to an American-Polish-Italian husband) and everyone loves it!! Babka ziemniaczana is delicious and anyone that likes potatoes should give this a try! And if you are leaving a 1 star or 2 star rating, have some balls to leave a comment and tell everyone why!! Your poor rating may scare someone from trying this dish without even knowing exactly why you didn’t care for it, and trust me, you should definitely try it! It’s is so so SO good!
